I’ve been privileged to facilitate some project management workshops for different organizations. Usually at the end of a very full two days together, we participants all agree that we wish we had more time to continue the conversation. I’ve tried different ways of doing just that from a distance, but it frankly hasn’t gone well. My style doesn’t work well with a monthly e-zine, nor am I interested in maintaining a resource website.
I think I may have found the answer in the blog format, and so am going to give it a whirl.
I’ll begin by sharing some of the material that has already been a part of the workshops — a review for me as much as anything else. And then we’ll take it from there.
